I have been a professional photographer for 9+ years. I began my business with online viewing and purchasing business model. The model encouraged heavy traffic with lots of visibility to my images, but ultimately resulted in a low conversion rate of images purchased. Not coming from a sales background, I was reluctant to venture into the in-person world of sales, but in 2009 I conducted my first in-home selling session. Since that time I have never looked back and have continued to refine the in-person sales technique due to the positive client feedback I received and the positive financial impact it had on my business.
